Bookings and Payment Terms - O'Connor Bus Hire Limited

1. A deposit of €150 per person or €300 per couple is required to book a seat on all tours.
2. Full payment for UK tours is due 6 weeks before tour departure date.
3. Full payment for Northern Ireland, Wexford/Wicklow, and West Cork tours are due 5 weeks before departure date.
4. Please note that final payments for Scottish or Welsh tours are non-refundable if seats are cancelled less than 30 days before tour departure date.
5. We advise all passengers intending to travel to take out holiday insurance in the event of illness during or prior to departure of tour.
6. We advise all passengers travelling to bring some form of photo identification, preferably a passport in the event of anyone needing to take a flight home before the tour ends due to unforeseen circumstances..  
7. While not obligitory, we strongly recommend all customers to obtain an EHIC Card from the HSE.  This card allows the holder to access health care services when travelling to other EU or EEA countries.  Remember - there IS NO CHARGE for the EHIC card, it is a free public service.
