Departing from our base meeting point at 9am, we will travel directly to the acclaimed Elm Tree Restaurant where we will stop for tea/coffee and homemade scones. We will spend approximately 1 hour here before travelling on to Lismore Heritage Centre, where a short film will introduce you to this picturesque heritage town and its fascinating history. Lunch will be served in the elegant Georgian style Lismore House Hotel, from a menu which is guaranteed to cater for all tastes.
After lunch we will start our garden visits. We begin with Tourin House and Garden then on to Salterbridge House & Gardens followed by Ballyin Gardens and lastly, if time allows, we will finish with Cosy Meadows
Having completed our garden trail of Lismore, we will make our way back via the scenic Knockmealdown mountains to the sweeping views of the Vee gap before turning in the direction of the Corbett Court Hotel for our evening meal.
We will arrive here at approximately 7 – 7.30pm where you will be presented with three different menu options from which to choose. At approximately 9pm, we will then return to the coach for a relaxing drive back to our base.
